Oakley Airwave Goggle


The new Airwave Goggle from top sports brand Oakley could well be something of a game changer. Skiers and Boarders can indulge themselves with a plethora of information right before their eyes with the new Oakley Airwave Goggle. Featuring GPS, Bluetooth, a wearable control sleeve on your wrist, and the quite remarkable HUD mounted in the bottom right, make these goggles one of the most tech laden gadgets you will find on the slopes this winter.

The HUD will give you info on piste maps, speed, altitude, jump stats, the location of your friends on a special map, music playlists and even display your text messages. Although as most of you will know mobile phone reception on the slopes is sketchy at best!!

A top bit of tech for this season, but of course it doesn’t come cheap. You are looking at £499 for a pair of the new Oakley Airwave Goggle which many will argue is just a little steep. But with interchangeable lenses and the awesome HUD these may well be worth the investment for some spending all there time on the snow this year.
