Ok, so not THE Reading Festival. But the Heavenly Planet festival on Friday 10th and Saturday 11 July at Thames Promenade, Reading is planning to make the festival free this year and hopes to attract around 15,000 visitors. Anyone who has previously purchased will be entitled to a full refund should the festival go ahead. More info can be found at .
